"Site was kind of annoying to use"
I had hard time getting around the site. It wasn’t very clear where to go, and I ended up clicking around more than I wanted.

"Barely made it through one use"
I was disappointed because I used it once and it already tore, so it didn’t even make it through the weekend and I really expected it to hold up better than that...

"Uncomfortable little back-buster"
I bought this Airhead tube thinking it would be a fun thing for me and the kids, but wow, this thing was a total pain in the rear.

The handles felt weird to hold, and the seat got hard and annoying after just a few minutes. Even when we slowed the boat down, every little bump felt way rougher than it should have.

the ride was just lousy. It bounced us around like some kind of inflatable torture pancake, and nobody wanted to go again. Disappointing

I got this paddleboard from airhead.com and really wanted to like it, but it just felt too wobbly for me. Even when the water was calm, I had a hard time standing up without feeling like I was going to tip over. It might be fine for someone lighter or maybe for kids, but for me, it didn’t give me much confidence out there.

"It worked, but I was a little worried"
I got this for my older pump and hose, and thankfully it fit okay. I was expecting some kind of issue since older gear can be a pain, but it went on without too much trouble. Not exactly amazing or anything, but it did the job.

"Really annoying to inflate"
This took way longer to inflate than I expected. The valve was really awkward, and my pump kept popping off, so I had to sit there holding it in place the whole time.

By the time it finally felt firm enough, I was already annoyed. It also leaked a little air after, which just made it feel like more hassle than it was worth for me

"Deflating it was such a hassle"
I bought this from airhead.com, and to be fair, inflating it was totally fine. But deflating it was another story. In my experience, the valve just didn’t let the air out easily, and I felt like I was pressing, folding, and wrestling with it way longer than I should have been.

For something that seems like it should be quick to pack up, it ended up being really frustrating for me. Maybe I just got a bad one, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered my normal size and somehow it fit tight in a few places but baggy in others, which made no sense. I even checked the size chart like I was supposed to, but it didn’t help at all. Then I had to go through the whole return process and just sit there being patient about it, even though it was irritating

We bought an airhead towable it was disappointing right from the start. On the very first ride it was dragging weird in the water, like really weird, and it kept nose diving and flipping even when we slowed down. The kids were excited at first, but they got tired of it fast, really fast. For us, it just wasn’t worth the money...

"The site feels a bit dated"
The website just feels kind of old and cluttered. It’s not even about wanting some super fancy design or anything, it just feels like the colors and layout make things harder to find than they need to be. A few pages look like they haven’t been updated in years, so it didn’t really give me the best first impression.

"Pump was really slow and then gave up on me"
I really wanted this pump to work, but it barely did the job for me. It took a surprisingly long time just to start filling anything, and I kept thinking maybe I had it set up wrong or wasn’t using it quite right, but no matter what I tried, it was just extremely slow. Then, to make it more frustrating, it quit about halfway through, so I ended up with the job only partially done and had to figure out another way to finish it. Not the experience I was hoping for.

"Took forever to arrive"
I ordered this sometime last month — I don’t remember the exact date, but I definitely remember feeling like I was waiting forever. The updates weren’t very helpful either, so I was mostly just checking and hoping it would finally show up. It did arrive eventually, just later than I expected.

"Didn’t hold up like I hoped"
I picked up this airhead tow rope and handle thinking it would be decent quality, but I was disappointed. After just a couple times out, the rope already started fraying, and the handle didn’t feel great either—the grip was a little loose and rough on my hands. For what it costs, I really expected it to last longer. Maybe I just got a bad one, but if you’re looking for something to use regularly, I’d probably suggest checking out a few other options first

"Feels overpriced for what it is"
It works fine enough, so I can’t say it’s terrible, but the price just feels way too high for what you actually get. whoever runs this needs to rethink the pricing because it doesn’t feel like a good value...

"Felt a little cheap for what I paid"
I ordered a tube from Airhead, and at first, it looked good, but the material felt kind of thin to me. After only a couple of uses, it already had some scuffs, and even a small leak. i expected it to hold up a bit better, especially for the price

"Mostly good packaging, just a little dented"
The box showed up with one corner a bit dented, which made me feel kind of stuck waiting to see if anything inside was damaged. Luckily, everything was fine once I opened it. It probably could’ve been packed a little better, but overall it wasn’t a big issue

I tried getting help with a warranty issue, and it turned into a bunch of back-and-forth emails that never really answered anything. The return info wasn’t very clear either. It’s not even about that as much as the fact that I waited around and still didn’t feel like anyone was actually helping. I ended up giving up, and I wouldn’t buy from them again if support is this slow.

"I really wanted this life jacket..."
I really wanted this life jacket to work, and at first it seemed fine. But this is where it got annoying: after wearing it for a little while, it started rubbing and hurting my neck. It was uncomfortable enough that I didn’t want to keep it on for long.

"Felt wobbly and not kid-safe"
This tube made me nervous. It felt way too wobbly once we used it, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable putting my kids on it again. What’s frustrating is that products like this seem to slip through the cracks because they technically meet whatever policy or safety wording is required, but in real use it just doesn’t feel safe.
